VISIONING SUNDAYS

Join us at 9:15 a.m. in the Sanctuary for three Sundays in January, the 17th, 24th, & 31st, as Pastor Doug lays out a vision for Christ Church.  This will be the only adult learning offered for these three weeks, so everyone can be a part of the process.

OPUS (Older People Up to Something)

Those 55+ are invited to the first OPUS meeting of the year on Wednesday, January 20, at 11:30 a.m. in Barnes Hall.  Fellowship will begin at 11:30 a.m. with lunch served at noon.  Pastor Colin will give us a special new year message after lunch.  Cost is $10.  Please mail your checks made out to Christ Church to June Early, 4575 So. Galapago St., Englewood, CO 80110 by January 18.

NEW ALPHA COURSES BEGIN SOON

Join us for ALPHA at the Breckenridge Brewery on Thursdays beginning February 4 at 6:30 p.m. or at Christ Church on Tuesdays beginning April 6 at 6:15 p.m.

CHOIR REHEARSALS

If you love to sing and would like to be a part of a close-knit band, please consider joining our choir.  They sing every Sunday at the 10:30 a.m. service.  Rehearsals are held on Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. in the Sanctuary and they meet at 10 a.m. on Sundays to warm up.  Come try us out!

YOUTH GROUPS

Jr. High (6th - 9th) are invited to join us on Wednesday evenings in the Youth Room from 7 - 8:30 p.m.

Sr. High (9th - 12th) are invited to join us on Thursday evenings in the Youth Room from 7 - 9 p.m.

Pancake Supper

The youth will be hosting the annual Pancake Supper on Shrove Tuesday, February 16 in Barnes Hall.  Dinner will be served from 5 - 6:30 p.m.  A $5 per person charge or free will offering will be taken to help support the youths missions work.

Women’s Lenten Retreat at Christ Church on February 20, 2010, from 9:00 a.m - 4:00 p.m.  Registration will begin soon.

Annual Meeting

Our Annual Meeting will be held on Sunday, March 21, at
9:15 a.m. in Barnes Hall.  Join us to hear from the Priest-in-Charge, Treasurer, and Sr. Warden as they give the State of the Parish report.
