Necrology
Remembering those who have gone before us.
At Christ Church, we remember and give thanks for the lives of those who have died. Our Necrology is a list of members, loved ones, and others connected to our church whom we remember in prayer and thanksgiving.
The word necrology simply means a list of people who have died. In the life of the Church, remembering those who have gone before us is a way of honoring their lives, giving thanks for their witness, and holding onto the hope we have in Christ.

As Christians, we grieve the loss of those we love, while trusting in the hope of the resurrection. We remember those who have died not only with sorrow, but with gratitude for the lives they shared with us and the love of God that holds us all.
“Blessed are the dead who from now on die in the Lord.”
Revelation 14:13
