We're created for an intimate relationship with God, but we're also unsure about how to communicate with him. We pray, but can we actually hear God? Does he speak with us? How can we experience his presence with us? What if he's silent more often than not? What does that mean? Let's just discuss a few "first principles" to the practice of listening to God and discerning his will. Join the women of Christ Church on Saturday, November 15th along with our Retreat Leader Kathy Mulhern for this very special event.

Retreat schedule

8.30-9.00am Coffee, conversation

9.00-9.30am Scripture, art, reflection (a sort of lectio divina all together just to open our time in worship)

9.30-10.00am teaching on discernment

10.00-10.30 solitude--reflection, journaling, prayer

10.30-11.00 small group conversations with discussion questions

11.00-11.30 regather for closing discussion/sharing

Lunch follows

Cost is $30 and a box lunch will be provided.
