Vestry
The Vestry is the governing body of Christ Church. The chief responsibilities of the vestry are to be spiritual leaders of the parish; discerning and articulating the will of God for the direction and future of the parish; to support and oversee the administrative and program ministry of the church, to select the rector, to ensure effective organization and planning, and to manage resources and finances. Vestry members are members of the parish who are elected at the annual parish meeting. Christ Church’s Vestry is comprised of a team of eight parishioners who serve along with our Rector in leading the parish and making high level decisions about our governing.
